Alicia Malone

The year 2015 saw Alicia undergo the interview process to join FilmStruck which is a TCM streaming service for movies. Robert Osborne and Ben Mankiewicz's introductions were recorded by Malone to help her practice saying them to the camera before her TCM broadcast hosting audition. She auditioned for an Turner Classic Movies presenting position in 2017 and the network hired her in January of the following year. Malone discussed the difficulties women face in the movie industry two times in TEDx talks. Maree has also made appearances in a variety of different programs, such as the Today show NPR CNN's The Movies documentary series MSNBC Access Hollywood E! Entertainment Tonight, MTV & ABC's Live from the Red Carpet Oscar 2019 pre-show. Additionally, she created and hosted her own YouTube programme Indie Movie Guide for Fandango.
